All equipment sold by ACforSale Inc Online is new and supplied directly from the manufacturers stocking warehouses, unless specifically stated as being refurbished.
Most Units will generally ship within two to forteen business days of receipt of your order. To reduce costs for you, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer - because of this there may sometimes be delays in providing the goods.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY MADE:
All shipping costs are quoted as curbside or dock delivery. Additional charges shall apply for deliveries to apartments or other areas that require the driver to deliver goods inside a building, i.e. not at the curbside or at a loading dock.
ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS:
While we take all care in shipping products - it is required that the person accepting delivery of items thoroughly check all goods before accepting them for any shipping damages including any concealed damages.
Once a shipment has been signed for as being in good order, it becomes a binding document as to the condition of the products on delivery.
We cannot accept claims for shipping damage that are not noted on the shipping documents, however we will work with you in trying to correct this situation.
Should a customer require replacement items due to shipping damages (whether noted or not) the customer accepts full responsibilty for the costs including shipping of such items until any/all claims are settled.

Return Policies:
All sales are final and come with manufacturer warranty unless advertised
differently. If however a customer wishes to cancel an order an administrative fee of 20% shall apply on special order items. If returning a product within 7 days of receipt then a restocking fee of 25% shall apply (50% for returns after 7 days with prior approval only).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Specific terms are:
For replacement, merchandise must be in new and unused condition and shipped back within 7 days of receipt
and be in the original packaging including shipping pallets if applicable.
Returned items and packaging must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase
price and shipped via a traceable means (with Delivery Confirmation)
Walk-in return/replacement service will be not normally be accepted.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Pick up service may not be available for return merchandise.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate period.
Return Procedures:
Please send returns back to us and using a traceable shipping method such as
UPS (for items less than 70 lbs) or a common carrier for heavier items. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in
transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging and
displaying the appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To
obtain a RMA number for your order, please contact us at
sales@acforsale.com. All RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from their
original date of issue. Returned packages displaying an invalid or expired RMA
number will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return.
Items returned that are damaged in transit or not in original packaging (including pallets if applicable) will not be accepted - it will be the senders responsibility to file/process any insurance claims in these instances.

We shall not be responsible for any losses in transit while returning merchandise.
Merchandise shall be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the
full amount of purchase.
Any item found to be used will be charged a restocking fee of 50%.
We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee for packaging damaged either by the customer or their shipping agent.
Restocking Fee
Any goods delivered to the customer and then returned within 7 days for reasons other than being faulty shall have a 25% restocking fee applied. Items returned after 7 days (by prior approval only) are subject to manufactures acceptance for returns and will be charged a restocking fee of 50%. All freight costs and insurance on returns shall be prepaid by the sender.
Warranty:
ACforSale Inc does not provide eqipment installation, you will need to use a certified HVAC contractor or technician to install your new equipment, we recommend that you consider purchasing a maintenance agreement from your installer at the time of installation. Please consult individual product information for warranty procedures.
Self installation is not promoted or recommended, Manufacturers may void warranties if installation is performed by unlicenced or unqualified personnel and damage may be caused to equipment, people or property.
We will work with your installer in the event that replacement parts are required for warranty repairs, in these cases you will be invoiced for the full amount of the warranty parts including any shipping and taxes, and you will be refunded the costs of parts only on the timely return of the replaced parts. (Late returns of parts will not be accepted).
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with warranty returns unless product warranty specifically includes warranty service shipping costs.
If advised to return an item please send returns using a traceable shipping method such as UPS (for items less than 70 lbs) or a common carrier for heavier items. Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
