Getting ready for new
standards
As January 1st approaches a new
minimum standard in air conditioning units will take place,
the minimum central systems that will be available will be 13
SEER.
Many manufacturers are currently phasing out their
stock of 10, 11 & 12 SEER units. For this reason you will
notice that we longer have pricing for these units as stock
becomes limited.

ranges please call us for availability.
New Energy Efficiency Tax Credits Take
Effect January, 2006
New energy efficiency tax
credits went into effect on January 1st, making it easier for
U.S. families and businesses to reduce energy costs at home,
at work, and on the road. As part of the Energy Policy Act of
2005, the new tax credits will allow consumers to reduce their
2006 tax bills on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to the amount
allowed under the law. For example, consumers who purchase
heating and cooling equipment in the home can receive up to
$500 off of their federal tax bill.
Specific tax benefits
for the home include $50 for purchasing an advanced main air
circulating fan; $150 for installing a highly efficient
furnace or boiler; $300 for purchasing a highly efficient
central air conditioner or heat pump.

Checking for Tax/Freight
Costs - Freight Estimates and options and Taxes
will appear when you enter your State and Zip Code on the
Shopping Cart Page. You can total the cost of your purchases
by select of the appropriate shipping method.
We charge 7%
Sales Tax in Florida for all items, we have also been advised
by some manufacturers that Sales Tax must also be paid on some
items shipping to certain other states - These items are
clearly marked.
We accept Tax Exemption Certificates for
Florida and other States.
A quick explanation of
shipping Air Conditioning Equipment:
Commercial
Deliveries are shipments to a Business that has either a
Loading Dock or Forklift to allow for unloading of items from
a Truck. Home Based Businesses, Businesses that do not have
unloading facilities and some Churches and Schools do not
qualify for Commercial Shipping. If you place an Order for a
Commercial Delivery and the destination is not a Commercial
Location you will be charged the additional shipping
costs.
Discounted Shipping Costs are available for
orders of 3 or more complete systems, Call us (786-275-0266)
for details. REFUSE DELIVERY OF DAMAGED
GOODS - We will reship goods refused because of
damages, goods refused for any other reason become the buyers
responsibility until safely returned to us.
Getting Your
Order When receiving items - ALWAYS
completely check your order for completeness and
for any damages including concealed damages, Your shipping
insurance coverage (free on all online orders) and our
liability for damages or replacement ceases once you accept
delivery of the items as being in good condition.

directions to their respective Web Sites use the manufacturer
listing on the left
Navigation - Use the
selection menu on the left side to find the type of air
conditioning that you need, There are 2 ways
1. Find a particular type of Unit e.g. for a
Dehumidifier, look under the Categories section for
Dehumidification. This will display a number of options
for Commercial and Residential units both portable and
fixed.
2. Find a particular
Manufacturer e.g. for Equipment made by Rheem, look
under Manufacturers and from the drop down box select
Rheem. This will display a range of choices, some you
may not have even considered.
More Information - Click on
the name of the system you are interested in from the options
provided to get more information on any of our units. Some
also have separate links to the manufacturers sheets on the
particular unit (this will be shown at the bottom of the more
information listing). A Link to the Manufacturers web site is
also available on the left of the product information detail
screen.
Options - We may display some
recommended options for particular units in drop down lists,
if this is the case then the costs of the options will be also
be displayed. If you choose to add an item to your cart and it
has options you will be taken to the details page for the
option first.
